Tele Marketing Executive
Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities :
• Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and convert them into paying clients.
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide excellent customer service via phone calls.
• Meet daily/weekly targets set by the management for sales performance metrics such as call volume, conversion rates, etc.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software or other tools.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and share knowledge on best practices.
Job Requirements :
• Any graduation degree from a recognized university.
• Excellent communication skills in English language; ability to work effectively with diverse clientele.
• Proficiency in making outbound calls, handling objections, and closing deals over the phone.
Immediate Joiners preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ?17,000.00 - ?22,000.00 per month
Schedule:
• Day shift

• Performance bonus
