Tele Marketing Executive
Job Description
• Lead generation : Use cold calling and other methods to identify potential customers
• Sales : Use persuasion skills to sell, upsell, and cross-sell products or services
• Customer service : Provide excellent customer service, address concerns, and resolve complaints
• Record keeping : Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
• Follow up : Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
• Product knowledge : Maintain knowledge of products or services offered by the company
• Compliance : Adhere to telemarketing scripts and compliance guidelines
• Reporting : Provide valuable insights to supervisors
