Hindi /English and Kannada speaking Must We are looking for an enthusiastic Telemarketer to generate sales either by cold calling or answering requests in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for influencing existing or potential customers to buy products or services. The goal is to promote business growth by expanding the company\xe2\x80\x99s clientele. Responsibilities

• Cold call people and use scripts to provide information about product\xe2\x80\x99s features, prices, etc..
• Answer incoming calls from prospective customers.
• Persuade the customer to buy by demonstrating how the product and the services meet their needs.
• Record the customer\xe2\x80\x99s personal information accurately in a computer system.
• Deal with complaints or doubts to safeguard the company\xe2\x80\x99s reputation.
• Go the \xe2\x80\x9cextra mile\xe2\x80\x9d to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
• Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information.

Requirements and skills

• Secondary education is a must.
• Proven experience as a telemarketer (people with experience in water purifier telemarketing field preferred )
• Working knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. Excel, Mail etc)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in English and Kannada is mandatory (Hindi is an added advantage).
• Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints.
• Persistent and results-oriented.
• Patient and able to handle customer rejection.
