About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Tele Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in generating new business by proactively contacting potential clients and introducing them to our comprehensive suite of digital marketing services.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Calls & Presentations: Conduct high-volume outbound calls to businesses, effectively present our digital marketing services (e.g., SEO, PPC, social media marketing, content marketing), and answer client inquiries.

Build Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.

Negotiate & Close Deals: Negotiate contracts and close deals that meet both client and agency objectives.

Sales Reporting & Tracking: Accurately track sales activities, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and prepare regular sales reports.

Stay Updated: Continuously learn about the latest digital marketing trends, industry best practices, and competitor activities.

CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records within the agency's CRM system.

Qualifications:

Proven Sales Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced sales environment, preferably in a B2B setting. Experience in the digital marketing industry is a strong plus.

Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Strong verbal and written communication, active listening, and the ability to build rapport with clients.

Strong Presentation Skills: Confident and persuasive presentation skills with the ability to clearly articulate value propositions.

Results-Oriented: Highly motivated, target-driven, and driven to exceed sales quotas.

Resilience & Persistence: Ability to handle rejection effectively and maintain a positive attitude.

CRM Proficiency: Experience with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus.

Proactive & Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
