Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Revenue Generation: Drive revenue through proactive outreach, including phone calls, emails, and social media marketing, to schools and educational institutions.
• Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with school Principals, teachers, and key decision-makers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities with schools to increase sales volume and revenue.
• Market Awareness: Develop strategies to raise awareness of the company's products/services within the education sector.
• Sales Pipeline Management: Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through a mix of telesales, email outreach, and follow-up strategies.
• Customer Interaction: Handle customer inquiries, provide necessary information, and ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Ensure smooth communication and the transfer of information between departments to support operations and fulfill customer requirements.
• Follow-ups & Conversions: Manage follow-up activities to ensure high conversion rates and client satisfaction.
• Client Acquisition & Retention: Focus on acquiring new clients while nurturing and retaining existing relationships to ensure long-term business growth.
• Team Collaboration: Foster a collaborative environment within the sales team and encourage a team-oriented culture.
• Documentation & Reporting: Prepare and maintain sales documents, reports, and presentations as required by management.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills , with the ability to convince and engage school administrators and educators.
• Fluency in English , both written and verbal, with strong email etiquette.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable using the internet for research and outreach.
• Previous sales experience in business development or the education sector is preferred but not required.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
• A results-driven approach with a focus on achieving sales targets and business objectives.
• A passion for education and helping schools enhance their educational outcomes.
