The Telemarketing Executive will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining and promoting the company's products or services, and closing sales. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills.
• Explain the features and benefits of the products or services being promoted.
• Answer questions about the products or services.
• Generate sales leads by identifying potential customers and assessing their needs.
• Convert leads into sales by closing deals over the phone.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
• Update and maintain customer information in the company's database.
• Keep detailed records of calls and sales.
Freshers can also apply with good English skills.
Bachelor's Degree or diploma or any master degree .
