We are seeking a motivated and articulate Telly Caller (female) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, handling inquiries, providing information, and achieving sales targets. The role requires excellent communication skills, a pleasant telephone manner, and a customer-focused attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products and services.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide detailed information.
• Maintain a database of customer contacts and interactions.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call targets.
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales.
• Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
• Record customer details and sales information accurately
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
• Provide feedback on customer interactions and suggest improvements.

Requirements:

• Female candidates are preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in marketing or related fields are a plus.
• Proven experience as a telesales representative or in a similar customer service role.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle rejection and stress when soliciting customers.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Fluent in [Odia, English].
