Job Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Telecaller to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients or customers, handling inbound inquiries, and promoting services or products effectively. The role requires excellent communication skills, a friendly personality, and the ability to meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential clients or leads. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. Handle customer queries, complaints, or issues efficiently. Keep records of customer interactions in the database. Achieve individual sales or lead generation targets. Follow-up on leads and customer feedback. Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and market trends. Participate in training sessions and improve sales techniques.
