We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Representative to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting potential customers via telephone to sell products or services, maintain customer relationships, and meet sales targets. You will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and driving revenue growth
Key Responsibilities:
• Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to prospective clients from a provided list or database to pitch products or services.
• Lead Generation: Identify potential leads, qualify prospects, and convert them into sales.
• Sales Presentation: Present and explain the features and benefits of products or services to prospective customers.
• Customer Engagement: Build rapport and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and foster repeat business.
• Data Management: Record customer information, interactions, and sales activity in CRM software or other tracking systems.
• Meeting Sales Targets: Achieve individual and team sales quotas, contributing to overall company goals.
