Key Responsibilities:Telemarketing Duties
• Outbound Calls : Contact potential and existing customers to inform them about products and services, understand their needs, and promote offerings.
• Lead Generation : Identify and qualify leads for the sales team by gathering key information during calls.
• Follow-Up : Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and ensure timely communication to nurture leads.
• Customer Queries : Address inbound inquiries, provide information, and resolve basic customer concerns in a courteous and professional manner.
• Appointment Setting : Schedule meetings for the sales team with potential clients as per their availability.
• Data Updating : Accurately record and update customer information in the CRM system after each call.
Back Office Duties
• Data Management : Organize and maintain records, reports, and correspondence related to telemarketing activities.
• Coordination : Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment on campaigns and customer feedback.
• Reporting : Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly telemarketing performance reports, including metrics like call volume, lead conversion, and customer feedback.
• Administrative Tasks : Assist in general office tasks, such as scheduling meetings, handling emails, and managing documentation.
• Market Research : Assist in gathering market intelligence by analyzing competitor information and customer preferences.
• Order Processing Support : Help process customer orders, ensure accuracy, and liaise with relevant teams for timely delivery.
Key Requirements:Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience as a Telemarketing Executive or similar role is an advantage.
Skills and Competencies
• Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication with a customer-centric approach.
• Persuasion : Ability to influence and persuade potential customers effectively.
• Technical Skills : Familiarity with CRM software, MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Time Management : Strong organizational skills to balance telemarketing and back-office tasks.
• Problem-Solving : Quick thinking and ability to handle customer objections or concerns positively.
• Teamwork : Ability to work collaboratively with sales, marketing, and administrative teams.
