We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Telecaller specializing in the healthcare niche to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls, engaging in cold calling, and conducting follow-up calls with existing patients. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, promoting clinic services, and ensuring patient satisfaction through effective communication.
•Key Responsibilities: •
- •Inbound Calls:• Handle incoming calls from patients, answering queries, scheduling appointments, and providing necessary information about health services.
- •Outbound Calls:• Conduct cold calls to potential patients to introduce clinic services, promote healthcare programs, and enhance community outreach.
- •Follow-Up Calls:• Maintain contact with existing patients to check on their health status, remind them of upcoming appointments, and gather feedback on services provided.
- •Data Management:• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions in the clinic's database, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations.
- •Patient Relationship Management:• Build rapport with patients, empathize with their needs, and address any concerns effectively to enhance their overall experience.
- •Promotional Activities:• Collaborate with the marketing team to implement outreach strategies and campaigns, assisting in community education regarding healthcare services.
- •Performance Tracking:• Meet or exceed call quotas and key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the management team to drive clinic growth.
•Qualifications: •
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in healthcare, marketing, or related fields is a plus.
- Proven experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service, preferably in the healthcare sector.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to engage and connect with patients.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using telephony systems and CRM software.
- Knowledge of healthcare terminology and services is an advantage.
