We are seeking a dynamic Telemarketing Executive cum Counselor to join our team and elevate our online presence, engaging with prospective students and stakeholders effectively across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

•Telemarketing Duties:•

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective students and parents to promote AAC Eduvista's programs and services.
• Provide accurate information about courses, partner universities, and the benefits of studying abroad.
• Generate leads, schedule follow-ups, and maintain an updated database of contacts.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call targets and conversion goals.

•Counseling Duties:•

• Understand the educational aspirations and needs of prospective students to recommend suitable programs.
• Guide students through the application process, including eligibility, documentation, and admissions timelines.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in any field; a background in education or marketing is preferred.
• Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or counseling roles is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive demeanor.
• Ability to understand and empathize with students' needs and aspirations.
• Basic knowledge of global education systems, especially in the UK, Australia, and New Zealand, is a plus (not compulsory).
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Ability to multitask and work towards deadlines in a target-driven environment.
