Job Summary :
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with prospective customers, and converting inquiries into sales.
Key Responsibilities :
• Lead Generation :
• Proactively contact potential customers via phone, email, or other communication channels to introduce products or services.
• Identify and qualify sales opportunities through research and targeted outreach.
• Sales and Conversion :
• Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective and existing customers.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Follow up on leads and inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Customer Relationship Management :
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty.
• Address customer needs and concerns to provide effective solutions.
• Record and update customer information accurately in the CRM system.
• Market Feedback and Reporting :
• Gather insights on customer preferences, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.
Requirements :
• Proven experience as a Telesales Executive or in a similar sales/customer service role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain resilient in a high-pressure environment.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• High school diploma; a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
