We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Telemarketing Executive for Hill Mynah Bamboo Resort. This role involves handling both telemarketing and on-site customer service, making it ideal for candidates who excel in communication and customer interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Telemarketing and Customer Outreach:
• Conduct inbound and outbound calls to potential customers to promote Hill Mynah Bamboo Resort's services and special packages.
• Answer customer inquiries and provide information about resort amenities, activities, and promotions.
• On-site Customer Service:
• Welcome guests upon arrival and assist with check-ins, bookings, and inquiries at the resort.
• Handle guest requests and provide high-quality service, ensuring a memorable experience.
• Sales and Relationship Building:
• Upsell resort packages and additional amenities (e.g., theme wedding services, picnic bookings, etc.).
• Foster long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat visits.
• Record Keeping:
• Maintain records of calls and customer feedback to support continuous improvement.
• Update guest records and booking details accurately.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in telemarketing, customer service, or sales.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-friendly attitude.
• Ability to handle both phone and face-to-face interactions professionally.
• Basic knowledge of Assamese and English.
• Available for a weekday off once a week.
