• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote banquet hall booking services.
• Provide detailed information about the hall availability, amenities, and pricing.
• Answer incoming calls and address customers inquiries promptly.
• Assist customers with booking procedures , including selecting dates, customizing event packages and completing contracts.
• Follow up with clients interactions and booking information in the system.
• Ability to handle customers inquires and objections professionally.
• Preferred only women.
