Must be able handle customer on calls meeting the required KPI\xe2\x80\x99s(Call Count, Talk Time & AHT, Call Quality, Compliance, Opportunity Count with good quality, File Login & Disbursement)
Customers must be engaged and informed about the company\xe2\x80\x99s product offerings.
Need to adhere to the communication protocols, regulations and guidelines.
Able to reply customer enquiries over Call/Phone.
Should be able to convert Leads into quality opportunity.
Should be able to convert opportunity into login and disbursement further through customer/branch follow up.
Have to be detailed \xe2\x80\x93 oriented with the business to understand customer\xe2\x80\x99s queries.
Need to escalate issues and seek advice when faced with complex issue/problems
Must be able to suggest improvement ideas that decrease time, improved accuracy or strengthen controls.
