Job Summary:

We are looking for an

enthusiastic and engaged Tele Counsellor

with a strong background in sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, supporting marketing activities, and ensuring successful student enrollments through persuasive communication and follow-ups.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Handle

inbound and outbound calls

to assist prospective students. Support

marketing activities

through

mailing and cold calling

. Effectively

counsel students and parents

on academic programs. Maintain

strong knowledge of sales

techniques to maximize enrollments. Achieve

business targets

within defined timelines.

Requirements:

Experience:

3-4 years in

tele-counselling, sales, or a related role

.

Excellent verbal communication skills

(Fluency in

English, Hindi, and Telugu is mandatory

). Strong

interpersonal and convincing skills

to drive enrollments. Ability to work in a

target-driven environment

and meet deadlines.
