• Make 100-150 daily calls to prospective students and parents to provide information about courses, programs, and admissions.
• Handle inbound inquiries effectively, addressing questions about university offerings and guiding candidates through the admission process.
• Understand student requirements and recommend appropriate programs.
• Follow up with prospective students to ensure timely application submissions.
Required Skills:
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (both verbal and written).
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve daily call and conversion targets.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office tools and CRM systems is a plus.
• A proactive and customer-focused attitude.
Qualification:
• Graduate in any discipline.
• Prior experience in tele-counselling or student admissions is preferred but not mandatory.
