• Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for the sales team with interested clients, ensuring that all details are accurately recorded and communicated.
• Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls with clients who have shown interest in our services, providing them with additional information and answering any questions they may have.
• Customer Engagement: Build and maintain positive relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing appropriate solutions.
