Job Summary:
The Telecounsellor will be responsible for offering professional and empathetic counselling services to clients over the phone in the English/Bengali/Nepali language. The role involves providing information, support, and guidance to clients regarding courses, addressing their concerns, and helping them make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Interaction:
- Conduct telephonic counselling sessions to address clients' needs and concerns.
- Provide accurate information about courses and guide clients through processes or decisions.
2. Support and Guidance:
- Offer emotional support and practical advice to clients, ensuring a compassionate and client-centered approach.
- Assess clients' needs and provide tailored recommendations or solutions.
3. Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions and outcomes.
- Prepare and submit reports on client feedback, trends, and issues as required.
4. Follow-Up:
- Conduct follow-up calls to check on clients' progress and ensure satisfaction with the services provided.
- Address any additional queries or issues that arise during follow-up.
5. Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure seamless client support and service delivery.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
6. Continuous Improvement:

Qualifications:
- Excellent Fluency in Nepali/Bengali and English is essential.
- Proven experience in a student counselling or admission counsellor role, preferably in a telephonic capacity.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a compassionate and empathetic approach.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
