Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Tele caller/ Tele Counsellor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to the students who express interest in our college & courses. The person will be expected to build rapport with students, identify their interest, and recommend course that meet their interest. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive & polite attitude, and a strong convincing skill.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls in the interest received in our college website & from other educational websites.

Build rapport with students and identify their interest.

Provide accurate information about our college & courses.

Follow up with student who express interest in our college and to ensure satisfaction of the students & their guardians regarding information provided to them.

Maintain a database of student's express interest from different sources and update it regular on regular basis.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Tele caller/ Tele Counsellor or similar role for 1-2 years (Preferably from teaching industry)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to build rapport with students & their guardians.

Strong convincing skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Good organizational and time-management skills.

Proficiency in MS Office.

Graduate or Postgraduate in marketing or any other equivalent field.

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Indore, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:
