We are looking for enthusiastic and talkative individuals to join our call center team as
Tele Counsellors
. You will be provided with leads (interested students) and are expected to connect with them, counsel them on available programs, and invite them for a
free walk-in seminar
at our center.
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective students based on provided leads
Counsel and inform students about courses and encourage seminar attendance
Maintain call quality with clear communication and proper etiquette
Follow-up with interested leads and maintain regular communication
Meet daily/weekly call and conversion targets
Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum education:
12th Pass
(Undergraduates may also apply)
Freshers
with good communication skills are welcome
6 months - 5 years
of experience in BPO/Outbound Telecalling/Lead Generation preferred
Fluent in
Hindi and English
Clear speech with
no MTI (Mother Tongue Influence)
or regional accent
Medically fit (No asthma, contagious illness, or severe medical limitations)
Age limit:
18 to 34 years
Must be
talkative
and capable of speaking confidently on general topics
Compensation:
Freshers:
?16,000 in-hand (?20,000 CTC)
Experienced:
Up to ?21,000 (no PF deduction)
