Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated Tele-Counsellor to join our team student visa consultancy firm. The primary responsibility of this role is to engage with prospective students over the phone, providing them with comprehensive information about studying abroad, visa requirements, and our consultancy services. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a friendly and a passion for assisting students in achieving their educational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to prospective students who have expressed interest in studying abroad.

Provide detailed information about study programs, universities, visa requirements, and application procedures.

Assess the educational background, interests, and preferences of each student to offer personalized guidance and advice.

Address any queries or concerns raised by students regarding studying abroad and the visa application process.

Follow up with prospective students via phone calls or emails to provide additional information and support.

Maintain accurate records of all interactions with students in the system.

Collaborate closely with the counselling team to ensure seamless coordination and communication.

Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for student inquiries and conversions.

Stay updated on changes in immigration policies, visa regulations, and educational trends.

Assist in scheduling appointments for students to meet with counsellors for in-depth consultations.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a tele-caller, customer service representative, or similar role.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Knowledge of study abroad destinations, educational systems, and visa processes.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as education, international relations, or business is preferred.

Prior experience in the education or student visa consultancy sector is a plus.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?10,413.41 - ?34,255.22 per month
