Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Tele Counsellor to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide mental health support and guidance to clients via phone. This role is vital in promoting emotional well-being and helping individuals navigate their mental health challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct telephonic sessions with clients, ensuring a safe and confidential environment.
• Assess clients needs and develop personalized treatment plans based on their specific circumstances.
• Provide emotional support, coping strategies, and resources to clients dealing with various mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, stress, and trauma.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations and confidentiality standards.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and support staff to ensure holistic care for clients.
• Stay informed about the latest developments in mental health care and telehealth practices.
• Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance counseling skills and knowledge.
• Engage in outreach and education efforts to promote mental health awareness within the community.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?16,000.00 per month
