We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Telecalling Executive to join our team. As a Telecalling Executive, you will be responsible for making outbound calls and handling inbound calls to potential clients, existing customers, or leads. Your primary goal is to generate sales, provide excellent customer service, and resolve inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities :
• Outbound Calls : Contact potential customers to promote products, services, or offers, and generate leads or sales.
• Inbound Calls : Answer calls from customers, providing information, assisting with queries, and addressing concerns.
• Sales & Lead Generation : Identify potential sales opportunities and nurture leads to convert them into customers.
• Customer Relationship Management : Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and trust.
• Product/Service Knowledge : Stay up-to-date with product offerings, services, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
• Data Entry : Record and update customer information, call outcomes, and notes accurately in the CRM or database.
• Follow-up : Conduct follow-up calls or emails to leads, prospects, or existing customers as necessary.
• Target Achievement : Meet or exceed monthly or quarterly targets for calls, sales, and customer satisfaction.
• Reporting : Maintain daily, weekly, or monthly reports on call activities, performance metrics, and outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
• Excellent Communication Skills : Ability to speak clearly and persuasively in English (or other languages as required) over the phone.
• Customer-Focused : Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for helping and engaging with customers.
• Problem-Solving : Ability to handle objections and resolve issues professionally.
• Time Management : Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Tech-Savvy : Proficient in using computers, CRM software, and MS Office tools.
• Patience and Persistence : Ability to remain calm and persistent, even when dealing with challenging customers.
Educational Qualifications :
• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Bachelor's degree (preferred)
