Job Description
Preferable candidates residing in Siliguri Roles and Responsibilities:
- Ability to take responsibility and lead the team with excellent leadership skills
- Counseling the students either in online mode or offline mode, regarding courses and their benefits.
- Influencing them to enroll and guide them to the right-center in their respective city.
- Handling calls and solving queries of the prospective students
- Follow up with any situations that may require additional information
- 0-1 years of experience in BPO, tele calling, counsellor field
- Should be smart presentable and we\'ll oriented
- Effective communication skill and time management skill
- Should be fluent in English, Bengali & Nepali
- Cell phone reimbursement
