JOB Responsibilities
1. Telecalling and Student Engagement
• Make outbound calls to prospective students from provided leads.
• Handle inbound calls and address queries about courses, eligibility, fees, and admission processes.
• Build rapport with students and parents to understand their needs and preferences.
2. Admission Guidance
• Provide detailed information about academic programs, campus facilities, and career prospects.
• Guide students through the application and enrollment process, ensuring timely submission of required documents.
• Address common concerns such as scholarship opportunities, financial aid, and campus life.
3. Lead Conversion
• Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, events, or inquiries.
• Ensure a high lead-to-enrollment conversion rate by effectively communicating the value of the college's offerings.
• Schedule appointments or campus visits for interested students and parents.
4. Data Management and Reporting
• Maintain accurate records of calls, inquiries, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
• Track progress against targets and prepare daily or weekly reports for the admissions team.
• Share insights on student preferences or challenges to refine marketing strategies.
5. Collaboration
• Coordinate with the admissions team and faculty to arrange counseling sessions or open house events.
• Provide feedback on frequently asked questions to improve the admissions process.
• Support team efforts during peak admission periods or education fairs.
Qualifications and Experience
• Education : Bachelor's degree in any field; a background in marketing, communication, or education is preferred.
• Experience : 1-3 years of telecalling or customer service experience, preferably in the education sector.
• Language Skills : Proficiency in English and regional languages as required.
Skills and Competencies
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Customer-focused with a persuasive and positive approach.
• Strong organizational skills to handle multiple inquiries and follow-ups.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and basic computer proficiency.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet admission targets.
Work Environment
• Office-based.
• May require occasional evening or weekend work during admission drives or events.

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
