•Key Responsibilities: •
Itinerary Preparation:
• Design and organize travel itineraries based on client preferences and requirements.
• Research and recommend destinations, accommodation, transportation, and activities.
Travel Package Cost Preparation:
• Calculate and present the cost of travel packages, ensuring competitive pricing.
• Collaborate with suppliers to secure the best rates and deals.
Client Communication and Support:
• Provide excellent customer service through various communication channels.
• Address client inquiries and resolve any travel-related issues promptly.
Tele Calling:
• Conduct tele calling activities to promote travel packages and services.
• Follow up with potential and existing clients to convert inquiries into bookings.
MS Office Proficiency:
• Utilize MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting, itinerary preparation, and data management.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings, client details, and travel documents.
Communication Skills:
• Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Bengali, and Hindi.
• Effectively convince clients about travel packages and services, ensuring a high conversion rate.
•Qualifications •:
• Bachelor's degree in any field
• 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in the tourism sector.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Strong communication and convincing skills in English, Bengali, and Hindi.
• Experience in tele calling and customer service is highly desirable.
