The Telecaller is responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers to generate sales leads, confirm reservations, and provide information about the hotel's services and promotions. They also handle inbound inquiries and ensure excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote hotel services and special offers. Respond to inbound inquiries regarding reservations, services, and amenities. Confirm and follow up on reservations. Provide information about room availability, pricing, and special packages. Maintain a database of customer information and call logs. Follow up with guests post-stay for feedback and encourage repeat bookings. Coordinate with the sales and front office teams to ensure seamless guest experiences. Handle customer complaints and issues efficiently, escalating when necessary. Achieve weekly and monthly call and sales targets.
