FRESHER'S WELCOME

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation: Identify and approach businesses that require corporate loans. Build a strong pipeline of potential clients.
• Outbound Calls: Make cold calls to businesses, explain various loan products (e.g., working capital loans, term loans, equipment financing, etc.), and answer questions regarding terms and conditions.
• Client Interaction: Understand the client's business needs, financial requirements, and provide them with relevant loan options.
• Product Explanation: Effectively explain the features and benefits of corporate loans, interest rates, repayment terms, and eligibility criteria.
• Documentation Assistance: Guide clients through the loan application process, ensuring all necessary documentation is provided.
• Follow-ups: Regularly follow up with clients for loan application updates, renewals, or additional products.
• Sales Conversion: Convert inquiries into actual loan applications by actively engaging and persuading clients to apply for loans.
• CRM Management: Update and maintain a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system with accurate client data, follow-ups, and interactions.
• Coordination: Work closely with the sales, underwriting, and processing teams to ensure smooth loan approval and disbursement processes.
• Customer Relationship Management: Ensure client satisfaction by addressing concerns and providing assistance as needed during the loan application process.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
