As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for generating leads, handling inbound and outbound calls, providing information about our IT solutions and services, and contributing to sales and customer acquisition.
Outbound and Inbound Calls : Make calls to potential customers to inform them about our IT services, including software development, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, IT consulting, and more. Respond to inbound inquiries and convert them into opportunities.
Lead Generation : Identify and qualify leads by gathering necessary information about prospects' IT requirements, business needs, and budgets. Maintain a database of leads and follow up regularly.
Product Knowledge : Understand the company's IT service offerings in-depth and be able to explain features, benefits, and pricing effectively to clients.
Appointment Setting : Schedule meetings for senior sales executives or business development managers with qualified prospects.
Sales Conversion : Actively pursue sales targets, follow up with prospects, and close deals when appropriate.
Follow-up and Reporting : Regularly follow up with prospects and clients to maintain engagement, track progress, and provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams.
Customer Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, offering exceptional customer service.
Skills & Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification is preferred (preferably in IT, business, or a related field).
Previous experience in tele calling, telesales, or customer service, preferably in the IT services or technology sector, is an advantage.
Freshers with a keen interest in IT sales are welcome to apply.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage and build rapport with clients over the phone.
