Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telemarketing Executive to join our insurance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business leads, cross-selling, and upselling insurance products to potential and existing customers over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote insurance products and services

- Qualify leads, identify customer needs, and provide tailored solutions

- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and services

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales performance

- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience

- Meet and exceed customer satisfaction targets

Performance Metrics:

- Sales targets (monthly and quarterly)

- Customer satisfaction ratings

- Lead generation and conversion rates

- Call quality and productivity

- Adherence to sales scripts and processes

Requirements:

- 1-2 years of telemarketing or sales experience

- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets

- Excellent communication, listening, and negotiation skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances

- Strong computer skills and familiarity with CRM software

- Insurance industry knowledge and licenses (e.g., Life, Health, P&C) a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?8,768.20 - ?20,000.00 per month
