Job Description

Key Responsibilities for sales in sports and fitness industry:

• Engage with customers in a friendly and knowledgeable manner to understand their fitness goals and preferences.
• Showcase and demonstrate our range of sports and fitness equipment, highlighting the features and benefits that meet customer needs.
• Provide expert advice on product selection, usage, and maintenance, ensuring customers make informed purchasing decisions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment that reflects the brand's image.
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the store.
• Assist in inventory management, including restocking shelves and conducting regular stock checks.
• Collaborate with colleagues to create appealing product displays and promotional events.
• Cultivate strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor information.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance your product knowledge and sales techniques
