Tele Calling Executive
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Initiate outbound calls to potential and current clients to promote our company's services.
• Articulate the advantages and key features of our services to potential customers.
• Handle inquiries and resolve customer issues with professionalism and efficiency.
• Keep detailed records of all customer interactions and follow-up activities.
• Arrange appointments for the field sales team.
• Meet weekly and monthly targets for call volumes and appointment scheduling.
• Work with the sales and marketing teams to create effective outreach strategies.
• Update customer information in the database promptly and accurately after each interaction.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
