Tele Calling Executive
Job Description
1. Initiate outbound calls & inbound queries to prospective customers to promote our photography services.
2. Provide detailed information to customer about our upcoming and ongoing shoot.
3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
4. Resolve customer complaints with team and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
3. Identifying and converting potential leads into satisfied customers.
5. Follow-up: Performing follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?12,000.00 per month
