Job Description

A telecaller, also known as a telemarketer or telephone sales representative, speaks with customers by phone to promote products and services. They may also handle customer service calls.

Responsibilities



Generate leads

: Make outbound calls to potential customers

Build relationships

: Build rapport with customers and maintain positive relationships

Provide information

: Educate customers on products and services

Answer queries

: Respond to customer questions and concerns

Resolve issues

: Handle customer complaints and escalations

Take orders

: Process orders and book appointments

Document interactions

: Record customer interactions in a database

Report results

: Report sales and customer feedback to management

Skills and qualifications
