• Understand student needs and recommend suitable programs that align with their career aspirations.
• Provide detailed information about course curriculum, duration, fees, and other benefits.
• Follow up with potential leads, converting inquiries into enrollments.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the growth of the college.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and update the CRM with prospect details.
• Handle student queries effectively and provide solutions promptly.
• Collaborate with the admissions team to ensure seamless onboarding for enrolled students.
