Job Description
To provide exceptional customer service by efficiently managing incoming calls, booking appointments and ensuring seamless client experience at koniki, a premium Celebrity Salon.
• answer incoming calls promptly and professionally
• provide accurate information about salon services, pricing and availability
• assist clients with check in and check out process.
• maintain total upto date data of the clients.
• need someone with good communication and interpersonal skills
• a pleasant and friendly demeanor
• ability to multi task and work under pressure .
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
