Job Description
• Customer service: Providing help and support to customers, answering queries, and following up with them
• Sales: Generating leads, closing sales, and delivering a scripted sales pitch
• Documentation: Maintaining records of conversations, including customer feedback, purchase orders, and queries
• Market trends: Staying up to date with industry trends and identifying customer needs
• Other: Explaining company products and services, providing pricing details, and routing opportunities to the relevant department
