SimpliFi is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Female Telecaller to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, providing information about our products/services, and generating leads.

What you do

- Make outbound calls to potential customers.

- Provide detailed information about products/services.

- Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues.

- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information.

- Follow up on leads and convert them into sales.

- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets.

What we are seeking

-min 12th pass

- Proven experience as a Telecaller or in a similar role from Banking and financial services industry

- Excellent English, Hindi & Telugu verbal communication skills.

- Ability to handle rejection and stress.

- Proficient in using computers and CRM software.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
