Key Responsibilities of Telecalling:



Customer Interaction

- Handle inbound/outbound calls and address queries.

Lead Generation & Sales

- Identify prospects, pitch products, and convert leads.

Customer Support

- Resolve complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.

Follow-ups & Retention

- Maintain relationships and retain customers.

Data Management

- Update records and CRM software.

Compliance & Policies

- Follow company guidelines and data protection rules.

Professional Communication

- Maintain a polite and persuasive tone.
