Role: CRM Executive/ Assistant Manger ( online / corporate customers )- 4no's

To address the customer enquiry through mail, online chats, whatasapp.

Being genuinely excited to help customer's

Patient, empathetic, passionately communicative, love to talk and understand the value of good communication skills.

Support sales team and customer with mail communication, quotation follow up and manage the customer enquiry till order execution.

Key Deliverables

Manage large amount of customer queries Generate sales leads Identify and assess customer's needs to achieve customer satisfaction Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods and tools Achieving the channel sales target Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, follow up to ensure resolution Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies Keep records of customer interactions and taking necessary actions

Skills Required

Experience as customer service representative Good communication - Tamil and English ( Hindi is added advantage ) Analysing skills Active listening Customer orientation Ability to adapt and respond to different types of characters Ability to multi task, prioritize and manage time effectively

Qualifications Required

Female Graduate ( married candidates are given preference ) 25 - 30yrs 2 - 3yrs experience in Sales, Customer Care
