Right Choice SP Promoters Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated and results-driven Telecalling Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in telecalling or tele-sales and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As a Telecalling Executive, you will play a pivotal role in connecting with potential clients, promoting our services, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Initiate outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote our products/services.
• Provide accurate information to customers, addressing queries and concerns in a professional manner.
• Achieve monthly and weekly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Follow up on leads and convert prospects into customers.
• Record customer interactions and update with detailed notes and information.
• Resolve customer complaints or escalate issues to appropriate departments as necessary.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve company goals.
• Keep up to date with product knowledge and industry trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service.
• Excellent communication skills in [mention preferred languages].
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
