Job Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Tele callers with at least one year of experience in customer support The ideal candidate will have a professional phone demeanor, strong communication skills , and a customer-centric approach to effectively assist clients over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound and outbound calls to address customer queries, promote products/services, or gather information.
• Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding company services.
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Follow up on customer inquiries and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Proven experience as a Tele caller, Telemarketer, or similar customer service role.
• Ability to handle customer objections and remain calm under pressure.
