Job Summary :
As a Telecalling Executive , you will play a crucial role in contacting potential clients, nurturing leads, and helping to drive business growth. You will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls, providing information, and offering solutions to customer inquiries. If you are a confident communicator with a positive attitude and a passion for sales or customer service, we'd love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities :
• Make outbound calls to potential clients or leads to introduce our products/services.
• Receive inbound calls, addressing customer queries and providing information on products/services.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Follow up with leads and existing customers to ensure satisfaction and identify sales opportunities.
• Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly call targets and performance metrics.
• Upsell or cross-sell products/services as per customer requirements.
• Address customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide feedback and insights to the sales and marketing teams to improve processes.
Requirements :
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications or certifications in sales/marketing is a plus.
• Proven experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales (1-2 years is a great fit).
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to build rapport and effectively handle customer inquiries.
• Goal-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with CRM software or a willingness to learn.
