Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to inform them about skincare services, offers, and promotions.
• Answer inbound calls to address inquiries, provide information, and schedule appointments.
• Respond to client queries regarding treatments, procedures, and product recommendations.
• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm client appointments using the clinic's booking system.
• Coordinate with clinic staff to ensure smooth appointment scheduling and management.
• Follow up with clients post-treatment to gather feedback and address any concerns.
• Follow up on missed appointments and re-engage clients for future bookings.
• Update and maintain accurate client records in the clinic's database.
• Record call outcomes and client feedback.
• Build a rapport with clients to ensure a positive experience and encourage repeat visits.
• Handle complaints, answer questions, and provide information in a professional manner.
• Fluent in Tamil, English & Hindi (Must) with a friendly and professional tone.
• Familiarity with skincare treatments and products is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided.
• Ability to use appointment scheduling software, CRM tools, and maintain client records.
• Prior experience as a telecaller or in customer service (preferably in healthcare, beauty, or skincare industries, IT).

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
