Job Description
• Making calls : Making outbound calls to potential customers and handling incoming calls
• Promoting products : Explaining the features, benefits, and pricing of products or services
• Persuading customers : Encouraging customers to make purchases or schedule appointments
• Handling customer inquiries : Addressing customer questions or complaints
• Maintaining records : Keeping accurate records of customer interactions
• Following up : Following up with customers to provide new products or services
• Documenting feedback : Recording customer feedback for follow-up actions
