Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients/customers to inform them about our products/services.
Handle inbound calls and resolve customer inquiries effectively.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update the CRM.
Follow up on leads and convert them into sales or appointments.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
Provide information about company offerings and resolve doubts or objections raised by prospects.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service during all interactions.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: High School (12th pass); Graduation preferred.
Proven experience in telecalling, customer service, or a similar role is a plus.
Excellent verbal communication skills in [English/Hindi/Regional Languages].
Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated.
Basic knowledge of computers and CRM systems.
Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
