Job Summary:
The Telecalling Executive is responsible for reaching out to potential and existing customers to promote and provide information about our services, address inquiries, and gather feedback.
Key Responsibilities:
• Outbound Calls : Contact customers to promote services and assist with inquiries.
• Customer Interaction : Provide information and resolve customer issues effectively.
• Lead Generation : Identify potential leads for the sales team.
• Data Entry : Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Feedback Collection : Gather customer feedback to enhance service quality.
Qualifications:
• Education : High school diploma or equivalent; experience in telemarketing or customer service is preferred.
Skills:
• Communication : Strong verbal communication skills.
• Persuasion : Ability to influence and promote services effectively.
• Time Management : Strong organizational skills for managing calls.
