Job Description

• Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to introduce and promote our Ayurvedic products.
• Product Knowledge: Develop a strong understanding of our product range to effectively communicate benefits and answer customer queries.
• Sales Conversion: Persuade potential customers to make purchases and meet or exceed sales targets.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns and offering solutions.
• Database Management: Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and sales in our CRM system.
• Follow-Up: Follow up with leads and prospects to convert them into loyal customers.
• Reporting: Report on daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and customer feedback.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to understand promotional strategies and ensure alignment with sales goals.

Pay: ?8,086.00 - ?26,594.17 per month

Education:

• Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
